Did anybody else notice a significant drop in DPS from GU53 and the change to our endline abilities for pet spells (Minion's Mark & Blazing COnjuration). With them being bumped up on the priority list of casting. It was huge. I dropped both of them and my dps went back up but not to it's original lvls. Has anybody tested this out?

Only thing I notice is that the pet casts Minion's Mark MUCH earlier into the fight, which overall is a good thing.

So, bare with me as I show you these, but I stayed up late trying to optimize for the best and, well...I just know I probably screwed something up.

Summoner is the same set up regardless of both specs.
Maximum DPS in a Group Setting on Conji Tree.

Max DPS and Ideal 'Survivability' on Summoner. (wasted points that couldn't find a DPS slot went to a preferred survivability slot)
Max DPS with a Dash of Survivability (and since I haven't raided much on my conji, I could be in no need for any survivability)

I had an interesting time attempting to figure out the Conji tree. I decided to ditch Cure Elemental as...well...I never needed to. But, again I haven't raided much, and I'd like to turn this char into my main raiding toon.

If you're going to raid, Cure Elemental is a vital AA to get.

They ever fix the AA Elemental Click to Cure button for us on Profit?

Well, back to the drawing board. I have a feeling it might be the same setup as the group one, but I need to find a way to slip in Bubble somewhere. But it's going to be sacrificing DPS =/ Though, dead dps is no dps.

With the Mythical pet, you don't need Bubble. And if you plan on raiding at all, you will have your Mythical.

The only fight in TSO where Bubble will come in handy at all is Tyrannus, and it's not worth speccing Bubble for one fight.

The Elemental click to cure button defaults to potions. You want to leave it that way, so that you can have the Cure Elemental AA available for your pet. Half the time if I want to use the AA on myself, i hit F1 then my Cure Elemental button on my hotbar.

Theres actually a way to change it so that profit will use both.

Open up _ProfitUI_Cures.txt and change the line:
<Data Name="Conjuror" TraumaCure="NONE" ArcaneCure="Cure Arcane" NoxiousCure="NONE" ElementalCure="NONE" CurseCure="NONE"/>
to
<Data Name="Conjuror" TraumaCure="NONE" ArcaneCure="Cure Arcane" NoxiousCure="NONE" ElementalCure="Cure Elemental" CurseCure="NONE"/>

And it should try to use your Elemental Cure before the potion. It always used to work for me, but I haven't been using profit for a good 6 months.

nah that doesn't work anymore you have to change it to the hex code or w/e it the spells were changed to which is 1625329191

Ok, I tried thinking as if I had the myth pet, but didn't realize how uber he was. So how good is his defense-- enough to take the points out of Minion's Barrier on the Summoner Tree?

Minion's Barrier didn't do shit to the mage pet to help it survive AEs in the first place. There's no reason to put any more than 4 in that unless you're going a defensive (tank pet) build.
