I believe the max you can reduce the cast recast or recovery speed of a spell is 50%

Mmk but that only applies for percentage values and only for recast and recovery so is it REALLY that big of a concern? Is casting capped at 50% too?

If you have an AA that reduces the recast time of a specific spell by 0.2seconds per point that doesnt count towards the cap does it?

Yes it does.

Its hard capped the most you can reduce cast time, recovery and reuse is by half or 50%

can some-one post or tell where they have spent there TSO AAS?

so far i have 5 in power and 5 in health, 5 in CB and going for 5 in master strike

This right here is your standard Conjuror build for DPSing. You'll be hard pressed to find someone that disagrees with it significantly (mostly you'll just see people put AAs into the worthless buff enhancements)

If you're looking for a solo build for the Tank pet, pretty much gut the Conjuror line, put everything into Summoner line (except hearts and shards), get Pact, the pet defense buff, and Blazing Conjurations.

im just wondering now with all the AoEs the mobs in TSO now have in raids would it be a good idea to go for group stone-skin?

most mobs/nameds have AoEs in TSO for raids just wondering if it would be a good idea

also put more into pet defense so he is protected more?

let the healers worry about keeping you alive... your job in raids is to make things die

if people are getting wiped across the floor the stoneskin won't be the difference maker... they're prolly missing needed crit mit
