Staff of Unchained Magic (upgraded staff of light) is defo better than staff of light and frigid piercer and maybe should be up there. I'd paste the lootdb link here but the pic there is something the staff is not (ie weird pic!)

I'm still feedbacking it every now and then and hope it gets turned to a symbol (like staff of limitless growth was)

Hmm, that staff is pretty good, I'd have to definitely rank it right below, or maybe equal to the fabled epic. And if it were a secondary it be pretty sexy too!

any guild that kills avatars id hope has mythicals though so that staff is kinda ehh

Probably, but I bet there's a few fights where the DoT component of our epic (both fabled and mythical) is pretty bad, and a straight DD proc might be better. In those fights the pet probably isn't doing a lot of good anyway, and keeping it alive is a pain in the ass as well, so you probably aren't missing much.

At the very least it's decent enough backup gear.

thats very true.. you can also cast the mythical pet and swap weapons btw.

there should be a solo gear portion.

Including various stun gear items and a better stoneskin gear section.

Each person solos differently. What may be useful to one person soloing is a waste to another person. Besides...

For ring it's better than the Burdened Signet (if just barely). For Wrist it replaces the Will-bender.

Set bonus is not worth it.
