Really easy to obtain - pretty common drop off steam guy in Hollow Tower. The proc on this thing is just great - as well as the sizeable damage it also debuffs magic and elemental. Better than all cloaks currently listed IMO, although I'm sure some will disagree.

Id like to add a item.

Its Words of the Dread Exarch. Its not all that great in itself just plus 2 crit plus 35 damage and undead bane... but it has a activate able effect called Asphyxiating Sorcery.

Asphyxiating sorcery allows all procs to have 25% increase for 25 seconds.

This item really rocks because you can use it like a clicky dont have to wear it just have it clickable on hotbar. reuse of AS is like 2 mins and even though I dont have hard numbers on its effects trust me it really adds dps.

I recomend getting it or another item with that asphyxiating sorcery effect on it and having on your hotbar for sure.
