Anyone have a major dps drop in Executioners Throne Room?

I have only been raiding T8 for a couple months, but I have noticed that no matter what I do, my DPS is way down in Executioners Throne room. I have tried even using the monk/scout pet.

Maybe there is something I am not taking into account in there... I dunno,... any ideas?

When asking this, please provide, Group make-up, average Raid DPS on trash mobs there, Previous DPS that you had, current DPs that you have now, Your AA set-up both Summoner and Conjy. this will give the rest of us a bit of information to work with to help you out.

Now for your question in general.. Nope my DPS has not dropped in T8 since it came out, It has actually improved over time. GU43 may have impacted you, however if your debuffers are doing a half ass job then your resist are almost nil still and you should see no noticible drop in your DPS.

I think what he's saying isn't that his parse in ETR has steadily declined over time, but rather his ETR parse is lower relative to other zones. You shouldn't be parsing any lower on the trash mobs, unless you're dumb enough to let your pets be killed by their AOE's constantly (easily solved by parking your pet a good distance away from where the tank is pulling the mob.)

As far as Pawbuster himself - if you understand how the encounter actually works, it should be painfully obvious why parses are lower raid-wide for the encounter. And since he takes significantly longer to kill than the trash in the zone, the encounter should represent the bulk of your zonewide.

/Agree. If this is what your asking then this is on the mark. you are simply going to parse lower on Pawbuster due to the type of encounter it is.

scouts are probably going to Pwn the parsor on this encounter compared to you running with them on the parsor in other zones.

I think what he is trying to say is that Pawbuster sucks

Our guild still struggles with this mob from time to time. We have even tried the "run the mob back and forth" trick and still have problems with him. His stifle sucks

Never did Pawbuster on my conjie alt, is it possible that your pet is just constantly Intimidated with no trauma cure?

its not that i parse lower, its that im not up at the top when i raid that zone like i am in PR, VP and kor sha.

Just park the pet back with the with the healers and the trauma isn't an issue. Just be 100% sure your pet won't pull aggro or your raid leader will strangle you.
