Is it just me, or does it seem like the epic weapon's proc rate (Fabled version) is a bit on the low side? I know, I know, 9% rate = 1.8 times a minute, like all the other epics. But nonetheless, I don't see it on my maintained window as much as you'd think it would be.

I have the feeling that it's procing like crazy. I see the sparkles quite often I think.

the fabled is pretty low, i always see my mythical up when i need it though.
