Default Who benefits more??

Ok guys my question is simple as i am curious about what classes benefit most from say a mage group as my understanding is that the "norm" mage group setup is a troub, illy and then the mages however i am curious as to whether the conjy or the necro actually gets more benefit from the mage group and/or is one or the other better or more capable in another group. My opinion and thought is that the conjy is more group dependant as the necro has their own power regen and damage proc. Other things that i was also considering was proc items and whether or not troub and/or illy proc buffs would proc off of conjy item procs. Any insight or comments would be appreciated as this is a request for information

Bleh...

One would think it's obvious that all mages benefit (and need) from the trouby to perform at an acceptable level. And no, necro is just as dependant on "mage group" meaning trouby here mainly since their pet makes trouby procs go off just as much as the conjurer pet. Maybe not as much, maybe a lil less but the pets are almost similar.

About the proc stuff, no procs go off from other procs. Any and all procs go off from spells.

On a sour note, there is almost no point in having summoners over illusionists and wizard at this state. Summoners just leach the stuff trouby and wizard provide and add to the dps (while another wizard and an illusionist are clearly capable of doing the same amount of damage or close to it, or more).

Even the hate split with pet hold little argument as of now since agro is not as big of a problem than it might have used to be, if the tank is worth anything I'd have to add I guess :P

Only time I ever worry about power regen is when there's no illusionist to proc their weapon giving unlimited amount of power. And then I can go out of power way too fast :/ I still like my crystal gift even if it has lost its usefulness it once had.

Hope this infos help and hope I didn't sound too negative :P

Where the heck do folks come up with this hate split stuff? For clarification one more time... We DO NOT split hate with our pets. We have our hate, they have thiers.. when they die, we get thier hate added to ours, hence pet dies.. we die next...

Bah, it's just different wording :P 2 sources of hate generation doing 1 dps etc!

And lately I've noticed the last few times my pet has died (rarely happens but still) I don't get agro. Maybe the tank has reinforcement up or something, dunno.

Best way to ensure you never ever ever get aggro is if you have enogh Illy's in raid to get tandom on pet and one for yourself.. mucho DPS and damn near zero hate gain.. god that is sooo schweet when that happens...

Your tank have the Mythical? If so.. pulling aggro from a Mythical Guardian is damn near impossible for us to do.. won't say it can't be done but if he is standing then i just sling everything including the kitchen sink at the mob the whole time and never worry about aggro.

Brigands benefit more from the mage group. duh. (no, seriously, they do).

Anyways, I've never gotten a necro past 20, but through research it would seem that there's zero extra benefit to one over the other. The difference (if any) would be so unnoticable that it wouldn't matter. In our guild, the necros and the conj stay on par with each other wether in the mage group or not. (Obviously they do more DPS, but stay pretty equal with each other.)

(edited because I can't type.)
