I Have 2 Weeks to Improve or I will fail trail, so need some help plz

So scared of posting here i really am, I so dont want to be flamed. but i really need the help, so here i am asking.

Hi everyone, I'm Smileyflower from runnyeye sever. Been raiding alot on my templar but now switching to my conj. I almost have 140 aa. I have been given a trail by a raid guild, and i want to make the best of it. I want to know there was nothing else i could have done if i end up not accepted. And im in competion with another conj, so i really need help.

My dps is usally 1.5 to 2.2 in group, and once i hit 2.6. Im doing my best to farm re2 and other places for gear. Only one master so far and that is Capture Vigor.

Head gear: Leviathan Sealed Cap, Muslin Polish Cloth, Dusty Yellowish Cap, Dingy Spit Rag, Pristine Tranquil Swiftcloth Cap.
Chest gear: Blistered Strand Robe, Resurgent Robe of the Augur, Elegant Preator's Robes, Windswept Robes.
Shoulder gear: Succulent spined cowl
Forearm gear: Battlement Battalion wristguards.
Glove gear: Danak Crested Gloves, Blistered Strand Gloves.
Leg gear: Blistered Strand Pantaloons
Waist gear: Riliss Gridle of Power, Snake-Eye's raptor Claw Sash
Cloak gear: Cape of the Bloodletter
Feet gear: Nax's boots of immunity
Ear gear: Concussive hoop of the sentinel
Ring Gear: Terrik's Moonrise Signet
Wrist Gear: Lava Forged Manacle
Weapon gear: Split Infinity, Soulfire Staff, Unfathomable Aquastaff, Staff of the Impaler.
Symbol gear: Static Field Projector

That covers everything im not wearing but have in my bags. I would really love to stay in the raid guild, but they want 4k dps and at my best so far im half of that. So im looking for help. I saw some the the gear to get in the form allready and most of it is above 50P or more on my sever and i cant buy it. Sounds bad but im usally doing good if i have 5p to my name. Anyway would love some advise on how to reach there goal, and i also have 2 weeks to do this in. As that is there trail period. So if i fail im stuck guildless and raidless and so dont want that.

First of all, check this thread for items you should be wearing. http://www.eq2flames.com/conjurors/2...ear-items.html Some of them are raid pieces, but others are just quested/heroic items.

Also, with what you listed, I would be wearing Elegant Preator's Robe over that dark muslin raiment that's on ur eq2players profile.

Your AA's look correct so that's not your issue.

Just to start, if you haven't already, please read http://www.eq2flames.com/conjurors/2...r-s-guide.html.
When youve done that, read it 10 more times until you know it.
Try what it says.
See where that leaves you.

Also, you say you hit 2.6k in GROUP. 2.3k group parses are pretty decent. What do you parse in RAID. They are NOT the same. If the 2.3k parses are raid parses, continue reading

Ok, first is first. Gear. The sticky up top is amazing, but I'll point out the 2 obvious ones to me. Lose the gloves and forearms youre wearing, and get the Fish Embroidered Gloves and the Woven Silk Underlay. They are Quested items. Will take you an hour to get.
Try to get yourself a Praetors Guard. I know theyre a pain to get, took me 50+ VoeS runs for mine, but it is worth it. Also try to get a Jarsath Robe of Royalty. You can also run SoF to try to get yourself a bloodthirsty choker. 10% base damage is a nice thing to have. I agree with Laalon, the Praetor robe is your best bet for the mean time.

Second
Is EVERY SINGLE spell Adept III or better? If not, make it so.

Third
What is your raid group makeup? What zones are they counting as far as parses? IE, if your parsing 2.5k in Thugga... with the stuns and no buffs, perhaps your not in as much trouble as you think. However, on the same note, if your with a fury, illy, troub, wizzy, assn/scout and your parsing 2.5k in PR or ToK you may need to really step it up.

Fourth
What are you using for a casting order? Did you read the stickies / look that up? It can make a massive difference. If I had to guess what you're doing wrong, this would probably be it.

Fifth
Post up a couple of the parses from what your guild is doing, specifically, the pie graph and summary of your spells dps.

Lastly
If you have specific questions, the WW Summoners channel can be helpful.

i have read that over 10 times thx.

the dps is for groups and raids it my avg for both, sorry about not putting that in.

yes every single spell is adept 3 except the one the master mentioned in first post.

just joined the ww chat channel.

the one raid so far was chamber of destiny which i did 111.

then went to kor-sha. wish i still had the parse, it was the range i gave, but i think there is way to big of a range for steady dps. cant rember the advage it was for the zone wide but probley not 2k.

there was 2 conjs trubie, and cant rember the rest.

how do i set up the pie graph plz.

Your group parse and your raid parse average are the same? Its kind of odd to see that.

Also, how does the rest of the guild parse in raid?
Wheres the assassin?
The wizzy?
The Illys?

Also, most importantly for you, what was the other conjy parsing?

PIE GRAPH:
Using ACT, open the all encounter, select your own name. The info is the top half, the bottom half will be the pie graph. At work atm, so can't mess with how export it, but if all else fails, use a screen capture program and post that.

well the group is on the lower end just cause im usally with people that are in fabled gear and so on.

as for others in raid they where probley 3-4 k, ill have to save the next parse from the next raid im on.

i was high 1.6 to 2.2 on raid and usally grouping im trying to do all i can to get 2k but i dont always do.

trying to find the infor on the quested gear you said earlier.

most of the time we wehre real close on parse sometime i bet him sometimes he did, we where usally within 300 of each other.

In case you dont know, as long as you havent deleted your log file, you can have act import the parses from your prior raid. Just go to the import tab, and follow the instructions.
