Hood of dark dealing vs WW of Malace

I have a question for anyone who has a hood of dark dealings. How much of your dps does it do on average? I ask because I recenlty blew my dkp wad getting the wicked wand of malace and it adds about 6% to my parse on average and I just wanted to compare the two.

There really isn't a comparison because they are both for different slots, so you can have them both on and get both creamy goodness. You would want to get them both

If i remember right, the hood was like 6-8% because of the random spikes, it also has 5% spell haste on it. The hood is much rarer though compared to the wand as far as drop rates i've seen.

Yeah I know you can have em both and I will as soon as I am able to :-p we've seen the hood drop 3 times I think out of, and I'm kinda guessing here, 15ish kills. We've killed the sisters about the same ammount of times and have only seen the wicked wand the once so I nabbed it

Oh also the Wicked Wand has +10 casting haste for damage spells

YES IT DOES!!! heheh i forgot about that, though i really shouldn't because at 10% cast speed haste is causing a lot conflicts atm with other procs like base dmg and spell reuse items

I could see how it might cause a problem with +spell damage but +base damage isn't affected by casting speed is it?

This makes me sad. They had better fix this shit fast... but who am I kidding we could be stuck with this bug till next expansion

For my guild the Hood is far rarer then the Wand.
We got 3 Wands (I have one) but only 1 Hood (I don't have

)
