I don't harbor any ill will towards anyone. It wasn't attendance issues, I was there every night, but i did sit out almost every night. It's hard to keep a member on your roster that TBH isn't contributing to the raid force other than showing up. Thorris you played multiple classes and were always in the raid as one class or another so you were still a useful and contributing member to the guild. It might have been performance, those few times that I was in the raid my numbers were not top 5 so that very well could have been the deciding factor. In either event I think they are great bunch of players that do everything they can to remain a top performing guild. I wish nothing but the best for them during this expansion.
