I'm starting this thread to help us all out. I have found a few areas so far that i've gotten about 2 points of achievement from. One is the mender area in POF(anything that has a capitalized name), and all the deputies/quest givers in enchanted lands. The guard dogs in qeynos harbor give achievement as well, although it will lower your faction slightly. If you have any areas like this, please pass along the info! I will be trying the named npcs at the docks in sinking sands as well.

i made a post about that in the general section, on the pvp servers EVERYONE who twinks out a lower level alt and gets like 20 aa before they even start to quest from killing POF named, EL guards, and ANT Guards.
