Make sure you do all the quests from the gutkan guys diknak even the ones that are ts ones you should be able to do them even if your not TS capped I believe. Two of the TS ones gave like 5k faction each.

Yeah, I just talked to someone in my guild that has the cloak and he told me about the TS lines that are in Firmroot, Tupta, and Grobb that don't have feathers above their heads. I was so excited that I wasn't going to have to grind out those stupid daily quests. I will probably work on that this weekend so I can get my cloak.

At the very least you should probably have the shard gear. Beyond that the few better instance items I am aware of are:

Boss in Anathema has fabled neck that is decent for summoners. Also drops Chaotic Cloak of Wizardry which isn't bad, especially if you're using that diety nonsense.

Boss of Halls of Forsaken has the fabled forearm of course.

Boss of Sunken Theater has a nice belt I am told. I've been farming the hell out of that zone, but haven't even seen an exquisite box let alone this item.

Tower has a nice fabled ring I think, but like ST I have hit this zone a dozen times or more and have yet to see it drop.

OOA has the earring (Eyejewel of the Abyss or something) which is solid, especially if you're decked out in ROK stuff still.

Other than basically the T2 shard gear and Netherplane set I can't think of anything terribly easy to get. Palace of Fer has nice stuff indeed but I wouldn't count on getting through that zone anytime soon.

i was looking at the infused armor set... is the netherplane set a lot better for us than the voidblaster set? Those are the two I am trying to decide between and was leaning toward voidblaster... getting the cloak first :P

have a quick question about which items to wear for secondary and ranged slots.... have the following 4 items, and need to choose two.. have epic weapon for primary slot..

Its only good for a clicky. use the plus 25% proc increase as clicky on your hotbar, can equip it unequip it in combat click it. I use it all the time whenever its up like 2 mins recast.

everything has a proc in it now so its really nice actually adds some dps for sure.

and with the netherplane drape i would also get the other 2 pieces of the set for now for the proc until i get a lot better of replacements for those parts.

I'm sorry for all the gear questions, that aspect of the game is still one of the most confusing with all the different options out there. Thanks in advane with the help!
