hmm, so it is still pretty good on power regen. I don't see that you have aqueous casted, so it would probably be about 100 power/second if you did. When I tested before the hotfix, it was about 300 per second, so not bad at all. I think it will still be very beneficial.

This is not true cap is 100% casting speed and that reduces the cast time by 50%. Even after putting aa's into casting speed its still worth it to have some casting speed stuff in your gear set up imo.

You sir are wrong. If you have 5 points in the spells of the evocation line, then they are cast speed capped.

100% cast speed halves (50%) the cast time.

Only spells that get anything from cast speed are dumbfires/communion, winds and effigy, plus temp buffs.

Focusing on having some cast speed will waste ur dps, because most of the gear you want will have enough cast haste
