Case in point against Zarakkon.

Boss that is preety straight foward single boss mob encounter with no controll effects.

2:50 fight without proc enhancement from bertox charm

These are base hits add in mutiples for effects.

Great void bane proced 47 times
Spirit draining wrist gaurd proced 25 times
Chained neck of pain 16 times

Add in proc enhancements it can be insane rates.

Proc mechanic is broken.

Just did quick test on training dummy .

Tho of corse things are still random and also things can vary take it for what its worth.

44 sec fight

GVB 3.2 a min...................19 procs
Essense conversion 1.8 a min..............5 procs
spirit draining 1.8 a min ................4 procs
lavastorm 1.8 a min...........5 procs

This explains everyone high dps lately. Although, I haven't seen any avatar parses pre-proc fest either. So I don't understand your logic.

just would like to get a little info. from what i have been reading in here alot of you are getting upbeat tempo in your groups. my group set up is usually conj,wiz,troub, illy, scout, healer. The wizard usually gets TC but they give UT to the illy because they say that increases the groups dps more by having PoM up faster and illy's have alot of dots also. do you think this is true or not?

UT is better for dot based classes. Warlocks and Necros. BUT if you as a conj can put out good numbers I dont see why it wouldnt go to a conj over an illy. Likewise, if this illy is parsing higher then you with ut.. then it should stay on him.

not really answering my question so let me put it this way. I'm playing my class well...illy is playing his class well.... the choice is between the two of us as to who gets UT. We both are usually in the top 1-4 on each parse it jumps around. overall we are about the same some zones i parse higher ZW others he does. i seem to always parse higher on the named fights (this is with him having UT this whole time). But the question again is on which of us does UT increase the raids dps as a whole more?

sounds like your illy isn't very good or needs some gear :P

but if you can equal him on named and he's the one with UT than I say you deserve/earned it

Not really sure why you dont understand my answer. DPS buffs should always go on to the class that is goign to take the most advantage of it. In other words. The buffs go on your best players.
