The add isn't an issue to take down by yourself, just use WoV and nuke it to death, pet stays on named to continue dps.

Would rather keep it this way than to have the pet take up a Curse "slot" during that fight.

Not to mention that since we cant target the add when not cursed.... if the pet could get curse, we wouldnt be able to target to send the pet on it anyway, so would just cause more problems.

Like many have said, I just keep my pet on the named, use WoV to snare add and kite it and never have a problem

Hell i wouldnt call it a bug...pets dont get these effects for a reason....and the only way for the pet to attack these adds is to get the effect since the pet is more of a entity and not a spell like swarm pets which is more of a spell.

No bug imo.

A spell that normally would have the awesomeness of not lasting the full duration nor getting any of the caster's BoE/crit/etc., but instead does 0 damage to those mobs because they can't target it either; at least they can follow you around like you have a few extra god pets until the next AE hits.
It's too bad swarms can't get the curse either, I love hearing our RL yell at people for shit I instigated ;). I'll definately miss the trips to Korsha, that vampiric orb had some good uses there. Perhaps I'll have to betray to conj so I can turn my groups screens yellow on Switchmaster since we no longer do Silverwing and my unliving eyes doesn't get to make an appearance.
