Pet not attacking on Thet-em-aua adds.

Anyone else notice that when you get the curse from the snake, your pet will not assist you on the adds? Same goes for swarmpets and communion.

should I /bug this, or is this intended since the pet can't receive the curse?

Find it kinda odd that summoners should loose 30-40% of their dps on certain encounters.

Pet mechanics ftw, it's a different entity so to speak, doesn't get the curse so naturally, can't target the adds. Although I'm not sure what would happen if you set pet on autoprotect you and let the add whack you a bit. But I guess that's pointless really, hehe.

pet still wont attack even in that case... no curse no target best bet is to leave pet on named while you kite adds with wov when your cursed

I bugged this many months ago. Obviously it's not a high priority fix.

this apply also to two mobs in guk last and cow named

i think it will also apply to other mobs with the mechanic element overall another kick in the butt for the summoner ! hooray SOE !

ps. having no interupts and mobs with spells you need to interupt is another big kick !

just a thought. Could the pet get the curse? so it was taking up a add dps spot and the only thing you could do was kill it, so the curse goes to someone else? Or are pets just generally imune to those effects?

Pets dont get raid detrimental effects like this and its a great thing.......

Our pet can stay on the named......this really isnt a big issue to me.

lol I agree with Bigron.. would suck if pet got detrimental spells.. would be so annoying.. Imagine byzola fight.. lol horrible thougths

and tbh its not like Thet em Aua fight really is a prob.. either have pet close for a pet sacrifice if you need hp or just keep it on named and kill add.. so low hp anyway..
