not a pet caster effect but the eye mounted ring recieved a 10% chance to proc a 2 hit stoneskin, a group wide 604 mana feed, and I really dont remember if it had the 5% recast reduction but... it certainly does now

Its always had cast speed....just the stoneskin proc was added.

Bangle of Mysterious Minds, from Strange Stalker in Ykesha Inner, had Quicksilver Blood IV added, I believe. Makes it a pretty decent wrist item now.

word on the street is they're taking that stoneskin off it... enjoy it while you can
