Re: +reuse vs +crit
If you go check out the wizard parsing guide it breaks it all down. This probably isnt 100% accurate but it should be fairly close.
Basically reuse will raise your parse by half of what the reuse gain is, while crit will add .37% to your parse per one crit. (this of course only being what you add to the parse and not your pet).
So an example would be 10 reuse will see about a 5% dps gain, while 10 spell crit would see about a 3.7% gain.
As for pet mods they seem lackluster so far unless the item in question also buffs the caster well. Ive let the mythical pet do his thing on a dummy and it seems to do a good 1k-1200 on its own frequently. Using that number and some of that wizard threads math I figured the one buff that adds 3crit/115 spell dmg to the pet sees about a 33dps gain for him.
This is probably going a little more in depth than I need to, but to put that into perspective you should be doing at least 3x your pets dps. So say you're pets doing his dps and you're doing 3300 dps on a dummy. To match that 33dps gain from that pet mod you only need 2 reuse (or 3 spell crit), giving you a 1% dps gain which would also be 33dps increase. Hopefully that makes sense.
