Default Robes question

Hi there
I have Robe of the Undying, looks good to me. Saw on test new T3 shard robe, so thinking what shall be better. But I am little confused, because the proc on shard robes is "On successful combat attack" = melee. Know that some time procs on swarm pets, don't know if still does. If not, the robe is useless with mythical pet combination...
Do I miss something?

Please advice what shall I wear, don't have class BP even RoDP.

Stats, picture taken from test server today

"combat attack" is different verbage than normal, but I think it is regards to any attack, spell or melee. Procs specific to melee will say "on a successful melee attack".

For instance, I know for a fact that the robe of the voidcaller procs on spells and it says "combat attack" in the description.

Out of those three, Undying is the clear choice IMO unless you can accumulate the 7 set bonus. Or unless you fight a mob where you need the crit mit.

I say go with... JRoR, and gimme those silly ones you have lying around ^_^

lol j/k, i would say typically...undying as well, but another question is... how high is your pet spell crit/ damage mod? Maybe the T3 would be better depending on your pets stats, i find that i push more when i let my pet chill at 650 or 700 DPS mod and 22% ~ crit, so in my case i would benefit more from the T3 as my pet is in a comfortable range as is

The spell damage cap for the mythical pet is around 2000, and the pet can never have enough crit.

Thats all fine and dandy but there is no way you can get your pet that high of a damage mod without sacrifiing a lot of yours, at his level anyway...
