Where's Polaris from? That's kinda neat - PvP item or something?

Why Icy Paw over Orator's? Orator's wins by 3 Disruption imo, everything else cancels.

Force Hoop is better than your other ears except Ethernauts. Unless you're over some +dmg caps already, which I don't think you are.

that's a serious upgrade train you got on there for 15 days.

i'm assuming conj pets have roughly same damage as necro pets. in which case, your pet SD is way too high / wasted. that should help you with your secondary decision

The cap for the pet's Spell Damage mod is in the 2k range.

let's define "cap" and let me clarify what i meant by "wasted". perhaps the high end of the biggest-damage pet spell can use up to +2k - let that be the cap. +dmg is surely wasted for most other spells long before the "cap". at some point, to be determined individually perhaps, adding another 1 +dmg can be considered "wasted" on average based on the remaining spells that can benefit from it because ultimately you're weighing the stat vs some other stat on another gear piece.

once you hit the lower end cap of a spell, your +dmg is already roughly halfed in usefulness for that spell. for example, for necro epic pet at +425 I hit the lower end of 2 of the best dps spells. at +650 the high end for those. So, sure I can pump another 1k +dmg for AE life-tap, just so it can get divided by 6, but it's no longer the same good +dmg.
