I'm sure that they are going to wait until they get some numbers after the proc changes to see where we stand. My guild isn't killing avatars or anything, but we have killed 3 nameds in Palace and up through the naga in TOMC. So we aren't uber, but we aren't noobs either. In the zonewide, i am normally 2nd or 3rd on the parse and at around 8k for single target fights.
As it stands, I don't think we need a major dps boost, but some minor tweaks here and there. Where we are really lacking is in the utility sector. We aren't T1 dps but we aren't T3, so we are about T2 but are lacking any utility to back it up. IMO, a great fix for us would to remove the fire seed buff and give us a group or raid wide buff that increased item proc damage. It would help our desirability and would make the sting of the proc nerf not feel as bad.
