I ended up using two Signets of Replenishment for that fight (regular, and Greater). If I had some decent power regen items, besides the T3 robe (which I use) I wouldn't need to use the signets at all.

For the record he's much more annoying than Dracoliche because of that damn Fear and Stun.

Hell imo megaladon is harder then both and has been soloed also
