Just the evocations line halving the cast times for most of our spells...

Yes this is already known.... by all..........but not the answer im looking for!

We all know why we cast fast but why does our spell haste have inpact on proc chances even if another class like illunonist cast faster and cast more spells?

I already know the reason and i know pinski does to..who else?.......pm me the reason why!

Think of this as eq2 knowlege test! :P

Because the trigger chance of normalized procs gets multiplied by the base casting time? Your captain obv
but this has nothing to do with tandem, you know.
