Holy Cow, I thought this thread was dead after the first couple of posts and stopped checking it. To wrap this story up, our guild troub quit about 2 weeks after I posted and he admitted to me he had been slacking in raids.

Also our Illus sucks and I never get Tandem so that was never a factor in the drop in dps. The reason I get is, "Tandem increases the damage of dots so the Warlock is a better choice".

Since I posted I've upped my +DMG to 800+. If we ever get an active troub back in raid I should see a marked difference. Summer raiding turnout has been terrible.

Synergism with Illy 6 set adds a Crit Bonus mod to Synergism, which is most effective on Sorcerers and Enchanters sadly, even more than the proc + Crit Bonus will do for us.
