Hey, with the last game update my dps has gone right down into the crapper. In a raid configuration with Illus and Troub I was routinely hitting 8K. Now I can't hit 5K to save my life. I haven't changed a thing, same gear, same spell order and my dps sucks.

I'm told the that proc gear no longer crits which should effect all classes but it seems only my dps is suffering.

I've even finished maxing out my ToS line of AA since the update and haven't seen an improvement.


+97 crit (self-buffed); +104-109 crit in raid
+460 spell dmg
+11% reuse (self-buffed)
Mythical
All mastered except for Crystal Blast
Mix of T2 and T4 gear
Disruption 450 (I think...)
I'm using Xalmat's DPS AA setup almost identically Conjuror KoS, EoF, TSO AA Guide

Any idea on what might have happened?

hmmm dunno, i seem to be fine, same my aas are kinda simlar to xalmat, have 4 set of T4 and 1 piece T3 and one piece T2, nothing changed for me... hitting 8-12k on palace trash, doing a lot now i hve choker,....
87% spell crit self buffer raid around 90-95%
spell mod 765+
18% reuse (hardly ever get tc/ut usually necro and wizzy)

fully mastered except VP which i dont use hardly at all

and im completely fine same spell order too,
and usually troub, illus, necro, wizzy, fury, me and ranger/sk

I never get TC or Tandem either.

Something must be different in the raid setup. It's the only reasonable explanation. My dps in single group is still good.

Ok, the good news then is the patch didn't nerf me other than proc crits. Now I just need to figure out which buffs I stopped getting.

Is that because conju(100 with aa)/chanter(80+ with perp) have better spell haste then other mage ? or its something else ?

Yes, and also because we cast more spells per minute, so therefore we get more procs per minute from Tandem.

Uhm, it has nothing to do with you casting more spells per minute, but the whole fact that you have max spell haste.
