Looking over some of my logs here are my high hits with the Najena ring on raids. As expected it adds a great deal amount of damage to Winds of Velious, Master Strike, Bewilderment, and some damage to Fiery Annihilation, and not so much to everything else.

This is of course including full raid buffs and full raid debuffs such as Dispatch. And keep in mind there's further improvement possible on my part with higher base damage (my base damage isn't as high as I'd like). Incidentally enough the ring does NOT affect miracles (although base damage from Trak Belt does).

Master Strike
Bewilderment
Shattered Earth
(I assume the ring runs out here)
so then
Crystal Blast
and what ever looks good for the situation.

My Master Strike has a 66 seconds recast time and my Ring of Najena has a 72 seconds. So I find I prefer to use both of them about the same time.
