Re: Question on UT
True, but like someone above said, Splurt makes that last tick on the DoT tick very hard. Also, last time i checked, warlock have issues with base damage and their myth. Warlocks also spend a fair bit of time casting spells that aren't DoTs, whereas the necros are casting almost nothing but DoTs.
Maybe the warlocks in my guild just suck (very possible) but I do know that I noticed a much larger increase when UT was on the necros.
The other thing you have to consider is this: Why give the warlock UT when there is almost always going to be a TC available for him? Give TC to the lock and let the necro use the UT.

Conjuror's are caped on spell casting haste on most of their hostile spells through spec. So if your talking about sheer haste from tempo benefiting all classes equally not 100% correct.
This is a thread about Ubeat Tempo in the Conjuror forums right? Also tempo isnt loved simply for the haste, the extra tick is what makes it powerful.

Re: Question on UT
I meant haste in general, most warlocks and necros will be uncapped. And you're right, the best part of UT is the extra DoT ticks, which mean that Warlocks/necros should always be the first classes you put it on.

Also true, a Conjuror doesn't benefit much from the Haste portion of UT unless he's not full Evocations (it benefits a few key spells like Blaze and Master Strike, but not the majority of our direct damage/DoT spells).
But yes the nicest part about UT is the extra dot tick.

Re: Question on UT
Conj pets are indirectly affected by reuse buffs because it gives the conj extra cycles of BM and EU (pet proc buffs) in an extended fight which substantially increase pet dps output.

Re: Question on UT
On paper, UT is better on a Necro than a Conjuror. TC is better on a Conjuror than a Necro.
In that group (Conj, Necro, Troub, Illy, Fury, Predator), TC the Conj, UT the Necro. The necro will benefit much more from the extra dot ticks than we will.

In that group you need to get some sorcerers. Srys couldnt restrain myself (
In that group UT should go to the highest parser between necro and illu, who is likely to be the necro

Re: Question on UT
pfft, ditch the necro for a coercer, then ditch the predator for a dirge. golden.
EDIT: Ditch the conjuror for a wizard also.
