Holy crap, this is awesome. I'll be in a state of complete disbelief if the stuff actually comes live like this.

PFV stacking and QS useful? Is it doomsday or something?

Changes have gone live.
I can't test PF V on live since I only have one thing with it. If I know Xalmat, he'll have an updated on that in... oh... no time lol.

Still no word if Destructive Forces V from set robe and Munzok neck stack. Someone needs to pester Utopi to test for us...

Besides it gives recast speed for pet still.

in exchange they made it so swarm pets dont get the set bonus proc =( haven't been on in a while so i dont know if that was done with this patch
