ok so now that power flux V is fixed and qs blood has been upgraded what is yalls thoughts on the best neck for me to wear atm i have

kurn's neck, elemental collar of binding, and choker

im sitting at 90-96% crit depending on what gear im wearing and anywhere from 800-1000 spell mod what are yalls thoughts?

Base damage trumps all.

Bloodthirsty Choker still trumps all until you can get the Collar of Ice or better.
