So to sum it up:

- The robe is suboptimal for enchanters because their AGI line can already bring them at or near the max spell haste. Furthermore, coercer reactive dps doesn't use +spell bonuses at all.
- The robe is suboptimal for summoners because the spell haste and +100 spell bonuses apply only to the character and not the mage pet (which we'll assume for this discussion is half of their dps).
- The robe is suboptimal for defilers or any other priests for that matter because they will be spending most of their time casting beneficial spells that will never proc the robe (1.6 times per minute assumes chain-casting hostile spells).

Leaving sorcerors as the natural recipients in a perfect world. Brilliant! After all, Al'Kabor was a wizard wasn't he?

Getting myself back on track here....

Yeah, the robe isnt that great for a summoner, conjuror inparticular. It still is the best robe in the game for us when it comes to dealing damage. Should there be more items in game that benefit both the player and the pet? Yes, there is no reason to exclude pets on these type of procs.

At this point in the game though, and considering how a wizard absolutely MUST have this robe to stand a chance of competing with an equally skilled conjuror, Im willing to let it go.
