Elemental Vestment and Dumbfire pets
Explain this please in a bit more detail why its beneficial to not be casting these with dumbfire pets....i assumed that is a proc that goes on your main pet and involves only his attacks? so wouldnt it be smartest to cast this prepull?

Re: Elemental Vestment and Dumbfire pets
While elemental vestment is cast, every additional spell you fire places a damage proc on your pet. Your pet uses the proc, and you cast some other spell replacing the proc on the pet. The more times you cast, the more procs your pet gets. Dumbfire pets are slow casting meaning less procs for your pet meaning less dps generated from EV.

Re: Elemental Vestment and Dumbfire pets
You can cast our deaggro from the int line while casting a swarmpet to avoid being to long without a proc. So you can cast one of them in the time EV runs.
Wathc when proc has gone off and than hit it, really nice spell, instant, can cast it when ever you want and with next GU it doesn't even cost power

Re: Elemental Vestment and Dumbfire pets
Good point there. However, if EV is active I generally save that de aggro for mid cast of Calcify or Blazing Avatar, as those 2 will generate more dps than either of the dumbfires will.

Seems that doesn't work anymore, so no long casts when EV is activ.

To Clarify, you can still cast the deaggro during another spell cast but it no longer procs EV.
Basically this just means avoid casting calcify, BA, pyromancy, etc as much as possible when EV is up.

yea but on the plus side you can use that Dagger pet thing with any weapon you have and with its low cast time should be put in your spell chain when ev is up.
