Re: Using Swarm Pets
Played around with STR / AGI in TTR, still sucked. Was doing about 300-500dps lower than the Mage on single targets.

I think it completely reverses the changes set in last june when TFD came out to "nerf" the scout pet because of how little intelligence it actually took the play and parse well using it.
For all the idiots out there who cant keep a pet alive, they are going to look like competant, not great or even what I would call good, but competant players to their guilds now and soon enough I suspect Im going to just have to ban people from this board for trying to talk down to those of us who actually have a clue.

Re: Using Swarm Pets
Completely agree, though I was quite happy they gave us something this time around rather than nothing or a nerf. The recast on Arcane Minion is a nice replacement to the near worthless haste component and Minion's Warding is worth playing with /shrug
I've seen these Conjurors you mention, hell I've seen the players no matter what class they play. I get on my Templar and along with our guild's Fury we can one group Labs up to the Alzid with the adds that split (lacking the dps) smooth as silk, then for shits and giggles another day I join a pickup raid and the 8 healers of all 3 classes can't keep a fucking tank better geared than our alt raid tank alive on Labs trash that AOE or come with adds. OMG!!!
A person can look competent till and outsider comes in who knows their shit and shows them. I still find people AMAZED that my Conjuror can bury anyone on a PUG, amazed that my Templar can solo heal Unrest and MMCastle (not to mention doing over 1k dps in zones like EH on pretty much every mob while simultanously healing the off-tank / melee dps group when the Inquisitor isn't around), amazed that my Paladin barely loses aggro and can tank the group through a zone like Unrest with no wipes. I don't want to know the skill levels of the players these people are used to being around...

Re: Using Swarm Pets
I should really reset my cookies so I am not automatically logged into the SOE boards, and therefore brought to a page saying I am not allowed to view them.
