Its changes like the one to the emberseed AA wich proves that the people behind the changes honestly have no idea what they are doing.
Why the fuck do we need emberseed to proc more? Is it because it never ever ever lasts the full duration anyways because one of the 3(+/- 1) people that it is on always proc's it before a previous proc's duration runs out because naturally its 20% anyways? No that wouldnt make any sense at all....
The set legs are made completely useless by a broken proc that has never even seen the slightest hint that it will ever be fixed. This aa is made completely useless by that same problem. So what does SOE do? They increase the trigger increase amount on the aa because that solves........nothing.
They just dont get it. They dont play the game and cant be bothered to listen to EVERYONE SINGLE ONE OF US that plays the class and knows better.
