actually this list does seem to be good. It shows that genesis does have alot of the best toons on server as does elysium. (arguably yes i know). But it also shows if someone can pick up elvanshalle and/or stabya. They will probably have some of the best dps on server.

Stabya is in Velocity and they have been doing pretty well lately. Guild was created in July and they are working on Woushi so they did a good job with their recruitment it sounds like. I got some friends that might disagree but w/e good luck to them. And Elvan is still on Oasis so well have to wait and see, I know Home talked to him about 2 weeks ago via email or something.
