Hey Ladies and gentleman

Just want to drop by and say a few words to you all. I have never came across a classier group of people . Every time a expansion came out you folks came out swinging. I never understood where the momentum went, but you folks would do everything with class.

Sure we did not see eye to eye at times but we all had respect for each other. Lash outs happen time to time followed by gratz in shout when a contested went down. Flames on the boards would blow up and we both would laugh about it later I am sure.

Respect it was never ever given to either guild it was earned, and earned it was. Its a shame this game dose not have 50 an raid zones, because if it did i bet we would have been together. You all earned my respect and I wish i had gotten to know most of you allot better.

May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

This is truly a sad day. Mournblade and Svanna deserve all the respect that this server has for putting up with the bullshit over the last few months. No matter what was happening there was always laughs and friendship in Genesis.
There will still continue to be friendship and laughs between us. Just of a more laid back kind, the kind we will take more time to enjoy.

I love you all, but you already know that =)

I havent played for a few months due to a new addition to my family so maybe this is a belated farewell post. I enjoyed playing with/against everyone I ever ran into in game. Truely the best 3years of gaming I couldve had and I dont regret a second of it. Thank you all for the experience.

Genesis had a great core over the years where someone always stepped up when needed. Svanna and Mournblade were the last of them and are great friends. Much respect for sticking it out so long to the end. Salute to the others that put so much into it as well over the years and kept it going. There were many times it all wouldve ended or not even started. Ethar (founder), Tequivas (tlu lives on!), Melanth, Murrcury, Kaylee and all our past members over time that contributed to our success.

At times it was a job, but It's sad to see something you worked on and had some great fun with go away. Even if it continues in some form, it wont be the same.

I'm so very sad to hear what happened to Genesis ... you guys were my first real EQ2 home and have always held a special place in my heart. Despite all the disagreements we had (Chad especially!), know that I <3 each and every one of ya and I'm happy to have spent 3 yrs of my eq2 life as a member.

You'll never find a better bunch of dedicated, yet considerate, CLASSY people as Genesis. To any guild that may be reading this, ANY GENESIS member that you may pick up will be a first class, skilled player.

I still have fond memories of Svanna sending me pics of hot men while my hubby was deployed to help me get through the day.... singing "scotty doesn't know" on the healer channel.... BS'ing with Tequivas over IMs about absolutely nothing... you all having Kaylee call me at 3am for Terrorantula cause you know I couldn't say no to Kay.

Best of luck to all of you, whether you decide to stay in EQ2 or move on to more important things. /sniff Have to stop now or I'll cry.
