I am simply trying to recruit a group of players interested in raiding and developing their raiding skills. There are many skilled players out there that have deep attachments to their guild members and because they are not willing to break those attachments they do not get to see the raid content of this game.

What I am doing is giving them an option, a way they can stay in a guild with their friends and still be able to try their hand at raiding. It is just a larger scale of grouping in my opinion, if you are so concerned about it destroying raiding guilds, maybe your guild should be better at raiding.

Thanks for the support, I really appriciate it. We are moving along as fast as possible, managed to get our guild hall this weekend and run a few raids. We recruited a few new members and are getting the word out.

For Hire 3.0? Is that a reference to every other thread on the Crushbone forums? It seemes every time someone wants to get people together for a raid they are referred to as For Hire #.0. Well at least is was a fresh remark and probably only took you 2-3 edits to make "Good luck on For Hire 3.0" to look nice.

honestly to anyone contemplating joining any guild like this, if you want to kill anythign and not b stuck facing the same mob every god damn night dont join a guild as casual as this, join a real radiing guild with a tag you can wear.
