Every fight.... I macro in set pants, KoS relic, and leggings of the master when an AoE just went off and I'm going to use a group heal. Now switching weapons thats another story :P

Other than that Pure blood overall is a better hammer for healing. If its an easy fight and you're not taking a lot of damage, you should be doing DPS so the soulfire wouldn't be the weapon I would use in that case.

Just got the Pureblood a few weeks ago.. i'm not to in to figuring out the math and what not for what procs more often blah blah (Thats what i have you guys for ^_^) But, I have noticed a bit more effective healing with it... It was nice to finally upgrade from the Labs trash of a weapon I was using before.

If you upgraded from lab's I'd say that was one hell of a upgrade...went from near the bottom of the list of weapon's to near the top in 1 pass lol.

Like Raz said, I also switch in pants and some other shit all the time during raids, hell my relic pants is macro'd to my single ward and I usually switch in my mahogany staff after the mob's debuffed to get in extra dps. Swapping gear in and out as needed is a fairly common practice tbh.
