EXACTLY its useless if they removed the stifle it would be ok but the root can stay!!

Oh and just in case people are wondering, master II choices if you don't pick the group HP buff your an idiot. All the options suck but that ones the best.

Invective increase by 5 points of damage
Group hp/str buff 26/3 acordingly
soul cannibalize increase by 3 points of power
absolute corruption by 6 points of damage
