A guildy of mine got a disco on a chain vest that procs a ward on youre target when you cast a healing spell on it. He's got it banked for when I hit 80

The vast majority of healer-oriented Quest rewards, specifically the Legendary end-rewards of most lines, are Leather. How you feel about that depends on your play style, I guess - Personally I think it blows.

As for drops from instances, the trend seems to be continuing.

Well I've already got the leather boots from PHH, the leather hat from Mayong, and the leather shoulders from the Avatars. All I need is a few more leather items, maybe with Overloaded Heal, and I'm good. Oh, and my cloth robe of Al'Kabor. Chain is for suckers.
