You guys been able to top any of the heal parses when competing against templars? Their healing ability is just insane now that they have repent, the best I've been able to do when our templar was trying is come within a few percent of him for total heals. Looks like the shammie has been knocked from the top of the heal parse permanently, and all due to 1 spell lol.

Well our MT templar beat me by 4k on zonewide in Protector's Realm, but I'm still using t7 M1's and t8 A3s. That bastard got his t8 group reactive, and that's just a beast with overloaded heal items.

What I can't figure out is the message I keep getting of "would not take effect" on my group heal and group ward.

That message is because I believe you have an item with a proc ability called Shelter. Basically Shelter has procced on someone and is still live when you proc it on them again.

Obviously I don't have templars to compete with but I did notice druids closing the gaps on me. I'm still on top but not nearly by as significant of a margin like as in EoF.

P.S. It might be because our new heal ability blows.

All other healers new heal ability > Deathward

If your out parsing your templars then your templars are the shit healers. I stand by my original statement of you need to just stfu and let other's do the discussing of our class. That and recruit better templars from the rest of the servers.

I know about the shelter, have a couple of items with it but I don't wear them in raids because there's plenty out there > than them. This is something else that's causing it, recent to this expansion. I think it might be the ward component of the repent spell. Do me the favor and take off all your shelter gear for a raid and see if you still get the message please. That'd eliminate this spell.
