Default Give some feedback

I was talking with a fellow shaman and i wondered did anyone ever bring up the fact that certain heal modding proc are eaten and dont effect wards.

So i posted a post under items and just want some thoughts if it bothers you and possibly solutions to give devs to maybe get the ball rolling on change.

Here

Ritual is the same way, nothing new, nothing game breaking, nothing that really hurts us to bad. Sure one item would be a lot better if they fixed this, but how many items in game have this proc?

Did you think about how it works with reactives they get screwed worse than us.

not sure if you can be screwed more then not modding at all but the reason why i brought it up was we got an item with an amplified heal type proc and it was nice item but that proc ment pretty much nothing to half of our class. im pretty sure reactives are modded by the spell, I dont have a templar to do my own testing but i will ask tonight. If it doesnt modify reactive or hots then what im trying to say is only eat the proc if the spell thats eating it is modded by it. Like you said ritual is the same way with wards, but it really shouldnt be.

I think what im really wanting is a dev to define what is healing spells and what is not. I guess it comes done to sloppy coding from the designers part, just becoming annoying. You would figure with the insane amount of sloppy coding that has caused issues like server lag that they would go back and change how it is.

Its just retarded that wards are considered a healing spell (spam your wards and see if amplify heal procs) and yet it doesnt mod the very spell that procced it.

wards have always been separate from heals I don't know why you are complaining. Honestly how many items have this amplify healing on it that don't effect wards?

To be honest i dont know how many have that style of proc but i have seen 2 pieces so far that have it setup as. when you cast a critical healing spell it will increase the next healing spell by 25%. I cant find the first item, it came out of protectors i think, but we got something called Obedience Baton with this proc. The expansion is only a few weeks old and we know not all the loot tables have been found, but it again is another item with this style of proc.

Honestly its not about the proc, i could really care two cents about the proc, its the principle behind the fact that 66% of priests can get a full benefit from these types of proc while shamans dont. So i want sony to start thinking about the intent of these items. Either make them only affect direct or group heals and not hots, and reactives, or rework wards to be included.

So razieh, stop asking how many have the effect and go beyond that.

What about the fact that the first tick of the regen eats it or the fact that for reactives the buff has to be up, how often does that happen? Eh why cant you get it threw your head that proc sucks to begin with. Reactive almost never gain benifit same for regens, no priest really get use from this item very much.

Just incase you still don't get this! Templar cast single target reactive and procs claymore, Templar cast group reactive consumes charge. Nothing got effected bud because the claymore proc has to be up when the reactive triggers not when cast. How many people do you see bitching that claymore sucks for them? Because its 1000x better for a shaman than any one else.

Yes they should make it so it doesn't consume the charge. No they don't need to change it so it effects wards.

Is fine as is, really. Wards are completely OP compared to all other heals and don't need anymore boost. Only problem here is that it's taking up the charge, so fix that and it's fine.
