Every chain set I saw in Teren Grasp seemed to be made for scouts. Where are the defiler sets?

Well just to let you know. There's is quite a few faction merchants scattered through RoK. I've looked at pretty much all of the items and wasn't really too impressed with much of the choices. There is some Shaman items, but I don't think the merchant in Kylong Plains offer much.

The only really nice item seen was offered from the the Froglok tribe in the Jungle. They're the tribe that live in what looks to be a graveyard and have skeletons walking around. I forget which slot it was for was either gloves or forearms, but it was actually a pretty nice legendary item. gave plus to heals and heal crit as well I believe. Problem is you need 50k faction with these guys and most of the quests are herioc.

+2 crits and you only need 40k faction.

Most priest items are leather just because they are leather doesn't mean its anti shamen~! I only where two chain items personally.

oh only heal crit eh.. hmm maybe it has nice stats cuz if I remember i thought they were aight...

As for the leather not being anti shaman. He's completely right. Higher mitigation is nice for solo and that, but groups and raids you really won't be getting hit too often with direct auto attack so losing 5-10% of your mit isn't a game breaker.

I know its very early but even raid dropped priest gear is primarily leather. Armor type never has and more than likely never will stop me from using an item. (although be sure to be curtious to that armor types class!!)

meaning what? if leather is for all priests, we should be rolling for it.

i mean the retarted new items developer clusterfucked the lot of the druids by making their armor shared by everyone, but is that our fault?

i saw an awesome leather piece drop, but i couldn't bring myself to take it from the druid in the group. still it's bullshit if we can't (as in shouldn't) roll on the leather, yet there is no chain version.

AkA be smart when you take loot? You should always do that but I just wanted a little safe since I said leather is basically for all priest.

before, "smart" was waiting for chain to drop and letting the druids get their leather. I honestly see this causing a lot of problems over good drops. I know that if a good healer chain piece dropped and a cleric wanted to roll against me, I'd certainly have an issue with it.

anyhow, it's not an issue with anything you've said i'm just unhappy about the situation.

95% of players don't know or care what developers say. They see "leather" and if you roll for it, you're a greedy ninja looter. And there is really no fix for it, no matter how smart or considerate one is.
