This makes alot of very sad pandas. Especially for ppl running with 4-5 legendary overloadeds....

Unintended spell effect conflit. Its being loooked into. Ninth post here is from Aeralik.

His statement:

Something we did for a new effect is conflicting with that spell so looking into it. I don't have an eta on it though.
