I currently wear \aITEM 137661471 1603966212:Dreamweave Ringmail Leggings\/a which dont seem to get a mention anywhere. Given alot of people dont rate heal crit bonuses highly wouldnt these be considered a viable option to the class legs?
They seem to proc quite a bit and do ok in the heal parse.

I'm guessing mainly because a ton of guilds have Furies with mythicals which generally negate most (if not all) +heal on items. Since +heal becomes next to worthless with that mythical buff the only two pieces of the VP set (for the 2 pc set bonus) are the shoulders and legs. If you aren't wearing the set legs (or your guild doesn't have a mythical fury) I'd shoot for the Abomination Leggings from CoD.

But then again, if you're wearing Dreamweave Ringmail Leggings your fury should have their mythical... so moot point. Runic Covers also don't stack, so having more than one in the group isn't very effective.

And heal crit > +heal with fury buff. Its the other way around without the buff which is why you are thinking crit isn't rated very high on the shaman list for desirable stats.

No. cant say I did. most of the time I trust what I see and believe things that are broke get fixed in a timely matter. I guess Im just naive

Nice, I was going to mention the Symphonic Manacle. It pretty much seems to be full goodness and win.

And do you really think the Blessing of the Prince earring would be stronger than Gift to the Queen if someone else in group was using it (considering you moved it to finger slot with Manacle)?

Seems like the 3% reuse wouldn't be as strong as heal crit/+heal considering the children get replenished pretty much constantly by whomever already has the ring on.

lol nothing like a 2k ward running on everyone in the group at the same time. Maybe not as nice as the Water Sprinklers but its not far behind imo.

Thats the jewelry setup I would use and of course replace that earring of unkempt power with hoop of the chosen or the new 5% reuse earring.
