Before and after the nerf, I still wouldn't put much faith in this proc doing a ton in the main tank group or a full group of choker wearing DPS classes.
Does this mean the recast time reduction on the cloak of unrest will also be affected? The reason it is almost always up is because it also procs from everyone you heal.

Unrest cloak is 1.8/min for 30seconds. With "Luck of the Dirge" (2.1/min) your standard spell/heal casting rotation should keep it up "almost" 100% regardless.

eh, well you guys have convinced me. Lately I've been using the Byzola mage cloak (with the clicky 10% reuse / cast)
if TSO wasnt coming out soon, I would start farming unrest

just wanted to add in some defense of the TTR cloak, it continually works even while you cannot.

Avatar fights when you get stunned/stifled/ detargetted / all other garbage, your cloak continues to heal your group while you're incapacitated.

Did that add on druushk get through and disarm you? Your cloak can still heal your group while your extra reuse can't help you right then. Cycling through debuffs / damage? Your cloak is still healing

Quick question for all the defilers that have rok on farm status, what solo heal crit are you guys running? I just got my mythical and set shoulders out of vp and solo buffed I'm sitting at 75% heal crit, and +580 heal, I get the fury myth buff so haven't been worrying about +heals atm. I'm still waiting to get the re2 cloak, the ranged item off of the kj dom, and vp set legs, with those I'll push 86% heal crit, then +7 from temp pot/adorn, I think it's 7 from dirge, and still waiting for our mt coercer to get done with aa's for crit from them.

I was sitting at 72% myself until recently when I decided to switch back to my dog.

I think Raz or Odii had advised that if you have over 50% solo, it's worth trying out other options. Been playing around with it, rekindled my flame with my dog...

I could get over 100% crit easy, but its a waste. I mix gear a bit and keep around 50-60% heal crit now an days.

With the upcoming overloaded heals nerf, which cloak should I aim for: RE2 cloak or Unrest cloak?

Though RE2 cloak has 4 heal crit and some amount of +heals, I'm not sure it's worth choosing over 10% recast. I've noticed that on my anaphylaxis weapon, the 10% recast is up 90% of the time, so it's basically a perma 10% recast. It has the same duration and proc chance as the Unrest cloak.
Also, does it stack to 20% recast with that weapon?

Or you could choose STR, WIS, and AGI for those whose heal crit is low. Sta isn't that great for raiding imo--I react and cure fast enough as is and coagulate is situational.

I like my dog and my crit too much.
