It works fine, it's just that it's effect radius has been bugged since DoF, having a much smaller effect radius than normal group heals/wards. It only has a 10m effect radius as opposed to the 25m of the group ward and 20m of the single target wards/heals. I say it's bugged, and not intended to have such a small effect radius, only because the identical Mystic version has the correct expected radius.
