Due to the fact that wards don't have a spread like normal heals, they crit at a flat percent every time. That percent being is ~13% and is calculated before +heals.

When looking at your overhead feedback, critical heals or crits in general are much larger than normal attacks or heals. EX~

No then heal crits would be useless, I'm talking about the bonus they receive from heal crits.

Lets say your base ward is 4582 when you crit the ward will then be 5195. Crits are not checked every hit, they are checked when the ward is applied to the target.
