Great to hear! I'm trying the STR line tonight if we do Leviathan, and if it looks good I may try it in VP as well.

One more thing: doesn't Druushk have a damage shield that hits the whole group? If so do you despell it before sending in the dog or does the dog not trigger the damage shield?

I was thinking about screwing around with the immunity proc thingy, but I was more curious of how long the buff actually lasts rather than worry about the dog.

Proc % and Duration, anyone?

Honestly I couldn't tell you because it shows up in my buff window and not in my maintained window, so I don't pay a lot of attention to it. However, I can say that its saved my group's collective ass more times than not from mistimed wingbeats and the like. Plus my doggie does about 3% of my healing for me, does about 450 DPS per encounter, and increases the DPS of my group by...some amount that I don't have right in front of me.

However, in order for all this great stuff to happen, you actually have to attack with the dog. I've seen several defilers who are specced for the dog, but don't use it and then say it sucks. These are all procs (except for the DPS mod I think) that only go off when the dog is in combat. Just following you around doesn't do anything.

Edited to catch an embarrassing misspelling
