while I can reproduce this half the time it seems to only be effecting some spells. I always have something queued so if it was effecting everything that could mean it only proced on a knock back. which could be true but I doubt it would do this much for me. Either way it does not cast some times there for it needs to be fixed sir!

Solo healed a Guk AOE instance today. Kindred restoration did 20,000 heals out of 5 million (.04%). The dirge in the group healed more than it did =\

I specced out of this and moved AAs around to maximize my dog instead. He (the dog) is averaging about 7% of my ZW heals and blocking about 25% of the AEs we encounter. (that percentage is a guess based on what I see.) Much better investment for your AAs.

They fixed it relatively quickly . This is yesterday's (Jan 12th) test update notes, so it's not on live yet.
