Icon14 Coercive Healing

So the other day on raid the coercer in my group forgot to put coercive healing on me, so I asked for it in group chat. So the main tank tank responds Thats suppose to go the templar btw. they get a 6k ward to.
So my question is. Who is suppose to get coercive healing? I akways had it on me while in MT group, since wards take damage first. So is it really worth it to put it on a class that has a single ward, rather than a class with with multiple wards?

Should a mystic get TC over a Templar? CH is kind of a no-brainer, and I certainly LIKE TC, but just wondering who has the longer cast times. The illy that sometimes gets put in my group hates me atm b/c I didn't run 500 feet to rez him when he was in the wrong gd place during Thet-em-aua. So he started giving it to the temp instead (not that the temp rezzed his sorry ass either). I'm sure the temp's probably the second best person in our melee heavy group to put it on, but should it usually go to shaman before cleric for max efficiency, or is that one a toss-up?

TC is better on a Shaman because a Templar just casts some heals, and has enough spare downtime for other things, whereas a Shaman does not have anywhere near enough downtime in comparison.

CH = Shaman > Templar > Druid
TC = Shaman > Templar > Druid

IMO if you're not in the main tank group, TC should go on a DPS.

Shaman is slower. Templars get some casting increases in their AAs.
We're first line of defense..wards need to be up as much as possible. He really is either a moron, or knows how much shamans hate that ward that templars were given and was taking the piss :P

Unless your group is tanking, I would put it on the dps.

If you have 2 healers in a melle dps group I don't care who else is the the group, but the TC on a dps. BTW, Bards are a good target for TC if there are no other mages.
